Basecamp is designed for families just starting their educational journey. Through three personalized sessions each year, we help students discover who they are and where they’re headed—long before college applications come into view. Students receive tailored academic planning aligned with their interests, guidance on summer and enrichment opportunities, and support for developing meaningful leadership or passion projects. Early college awareness and mindset coaching foster confidence and curiosity.

Parents are part of the process too, with two annual strategy calls to ensure the whole family feels informed and empowered.

Momentum
Grades 11–12
From insight to action.

Momentum provides focused, comprehensive support for students navigating the heart of the college admissions process. Together, we create a thoughtful college list tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. We guide students in crafting standout personal statements and college-specific supplements, helping them find and express their unique voice.

From managing deadlines and application strategies to exploring financial aid and scholarships, we ensure the process stays steady and supported. Monthly check-ins provide clarity, while unlimited email access keeps answers close at hand. Additional features include a career and major discovery session, plus one-on-one resume and interview prep.

Launch is our most immersive experience, perfect for families seeking a dedicated partner throughout the entire educational journey. This plan includes unlimited planning and strategy sessions, essay and portfolio support (from personal statements to artistic submissions), and full leadership and personal branding coaching.

We manage every step of the application process, including interviews, financial aid, and deadline tracking. For arts-focused students, we offer specialized advising, and for families navigating private school admissions, we provide targeted support. Parents can schedule emotional or strategy calls as needed.

Launch families enjoy priority scheduling, direct text access, and regular progress updates—ensuring everyone feels grounded, prepared, and heard.
